Why I Hate Writing Blogs

Writing a blog is difficult for me. When I sit down and attempt to write, my mind freezes up. Then I get all tense, sit at the computer for a long time, and eventually give up. It's not that I don't have anything to say; ask my family members, who sometimes wish I'd say less.
So, I’ve decided to talk about the coaching process and give you a glimpse into questions I’ve asked myself and those that I ask my clients. This way, you can get to know me better, my tone, my values, and what is important to me.
The coaching process is client-directed, so the coachee (you) must decide what you need. If you want someone to advise, perhaps therapy is more appropriate. I'm a big fan of therapy and have consumed a lot of it. Maybe you want both.
I ask everyone this coaching question before we agree to a coach/coachee relationship.
What are your three most significant challenges?
Here are my responses in real time:
Being noticed in a sea of coaches. As I am somewhat introverted, I create very few videos and use only a small amount of social media.
I have Imposter Syndrome. I compare myself to others I see on the internet, which wastes my time from doing other, more beneficial tasks and fucks with my mind.
Mindset management: Keeping mindful of the story I’m telling myself and staying present.
There you have it. I’m a person like you who works on managing my thoughts and seeks growth, transformation, and a deeper connection with the divine.
Let me know if you liked this blog post, and I'll create more like it.
